Atlantic Coast Appraisal Services, L.L.C. is a Residential Appraisal Company located in Southern Ocean County, NJ. Our assignment areas are predominately throughout Central & Southern New Jersey, however we do cover all 21 counties.
We offer a full spectrum of appraisal experience including Single Family, Condominium, 2 - 4 Family Multi Income Properties, New Construction, Manufactured, High End Estate Properties, FHA, REO - Asset Valuation/Foreclosure, Reverse Mortgage, Estates, Field Reviews, Urban, Rural, Shore Resorts, Investment Properties,etc.
We have a very friendly staff that are experienced and professional who understand the need for accuracy, communication, and a spectacular work ethic which is evident in our final product.
Our usual turn-around times are within several business days after subject access and inspection (dependant on the complexity of the assignment). Any additional time needed will be communicated to the client. Good, solid reports take the proper time to prepare.
