Our company subscribes to all available MLS Services in the state of New Jersey in order to have immediate access to the latest information out there. We use many online services which provide the most current and accurate information available on Census Data, Flood Maps, Detailed Zoning Descriptions, Taxes, Sketching, Area Site Maps, Sales Data , Active Listings, etc.  

We have embraced all this current research technology in order to supply our clients with a superior product in less time.

All of our appraisal products will be sent digitally, which will ensure that the client will receive the report the same day after it was reviewed and completed in our office. Clients can still elect to receive a hard copy mailed to them instead of the digital format at their request.
